Overhead squat 3 - 3 - 3 - 3 - 3 reps:

55 + 65 +75 +85 + 95[x2]

Took it easy...people in the gym (that's why I failed the third rep of 95)

  2. i wasn't sure if i was going to be able to hold the weight and if i had to dump it there was a good chance it would've been on someone. i decided not to risk it.

Why protein? Well that's because my current roommate is a protein monster. I just had to make fun of him, plus it's a running joke on hall.
