2/04/09 Second Day of Starting Strength

Day 2:

Weight: 151 lbs. [+3]

Work sets + GOMAD:

Back squat 3x5 [95]
Shoulder Press 3x5 [65]
Power Clean 5x3 [95]

The past three nights I haven't gotten more than four hours of sleep. I'm waiting for a day when I have adequate rest.
