2/02/09 First Day of Starting Strength

Day 1:

Weight: 148 lbs.

Work sets + GOMAD:

Back squat 3x5 [85]
Bench Press 3x5 [80]
Deadlift 1x5 [85]

First day of Starting Strength. I may have set my starting work sets a bit too low, but this way I have nowhere to go but up.
