3/16/09 First Day of Starting Strength (Again)

Day 1:


Work sets:

Back squat 3x5 [85]
Bench Press 3x5 [85]
Deadlift 1x5 [85]


So I've decided to start working out again, get back in the groove of things. That means I'm starting over.
