Back squat 3x5 [115]
Bench Press 3x5 [95]
Deadlift 1x5 [135]
+ Calf raise 3x5 [50]
Why protein? Well that's because my current roommate is a protein monster. I just had to make fun of him, plus it's a running joke on hall.
