Three rounds for time:

Run 400 meters
1 1/2 pood kettlebell swings (21x)
12 Pull-ups

20:08, subbed 25 pound dumbbell swings.
Why protein? Well that's because my current roommate is a protein monster. I just had to make fun of him, plus it's a running joke on hall.
